How does shipping work?
If a clinician prescribes treatment, our pharmacy partners ship it directly to your door in discreet, plain packaging — no diagnosis or treatment details visible on the outside.
How do refills work?
Refills and dose-change follow-ups are managed through your secure patient portal, with clinician review built in as your plan requires.
Where do medications come from?
Prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacy partners. Our pharmacy partners are listed in our Terms of Use.
What if my medication doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?
Contact support@paree.care and the team will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I stop treatment whenever I want?
Yes — it’s your care. If you’re considering stopping, message the care team first so a clinician can advise on how to do it appropriately for your treatment.
