## Step by step

### 01. Tell us your story (About 5 minutes)

Complete a structured medical intake covering your symptoms, cycle history, health background, medications, and goals. It takes about 5 minutes, from anywhere, with no appointment to book. The structure exists so nothing important gets missed.

### 02. Review your membership, then start care (Licensed in your state)

See your care preview and full price after the free intake. Membership is $79 per 4 weeks, billed as $237 every 12 weeks. Pay at checkout to start review by a clinician licensed in your state.

### 03. Your plan, if treatment is appropriate (Costs shown upfront)

After payment, your clinician reviews your history, with a video visit when required. If appropriate, they prescribe treatment for fulfillment by a licensed US pharmacy. If treatment is declined, you receive a full refund.

### 04. Discreet delivery to your door (Plain packaging)

Medication ships in plain, discreet packaging with no diagnosis or treatment details visible. No pharmacy lines, no small talk at the counter.

### 05. Follow-up that’s built in (Managed in your portal)

Refills, dose-change reviews, and check-ins are managed through your secure patient portal. Care doesn’t end at the first shipment. It’s designed to adjust as you do.
