How it works
Care that starts when you’re ready. Not when a calendar is.
No waiting rooms, no seven-minute visits, no starting over with someone new each time. Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.

- 01About 5 minutes
Tell us your story
Complete a structured medical intake covering your symptoms, cycle history, health background, medications, and goals. It takes about 5 minutes, from anywhere, with no appointment to book. The structure exists so nothing important gets missed.
- 02Licensed in your state
A licensed clinician reviews everything
A US-licensed clinician, licensed in your state, reads your full intake before any decision. They may recommend treatment, ask follow-up questions, suggest a different plan, or advise in-person care if that’s what your situation calls for.
- 03Costs shown upfront
Your plan, if treatment is appropriate
If the clinician determines treatment is medically appropriate, they prescribe a plan and licensed US pharmacy partners fill it. Costs are always shown before you pay anything.
- 04Plain packaging
Discreet delivery to your door
Medication ships in plain, discreet packaging with no diagnosis or treatment details visible. No pharmacy lines, no small talk at the counter.
- 05Managed in your portal
Follow-up that’s built in
Refills, dose-change reviews, and check-ins are managed through your secure patient portal. Care doesn’t end at the first shipment. It’s designed to adjust as you do.
Prescription treatment is provided only when a licensed clinician determines it is medically appropriate. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.

Behind every intake
Your words are read, not skimmed.
The written intake exists so your full story reaches a licensed US clinician intact, including every symptom and every detail of your history. No visit clock, no summarizing yourself in seven minutes, no starting over.
If telehealth isn’t the right fit for your situation, the clinician says so plainly and points you toward appropriate in-person care.
Common questions
Do I need an appointment or video call?
You do not need an appointment to start. The intake is written and asynchronous. A video visit is scheduled when your state or your situation requires one.
How long until I hear back?
A clinician usually replies within 24 hours. You’ll be notified through the secure portal when the review is complete, or if the clinician has questions.
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No, and you should be wary of any service that implies otherwise. Prescriptions are issued only when an independent licensed clinician determines treatment is medically appropriate for you.
What states does Parée serve?
Services are currently offered in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. Some services may vary by state; eligibility is confirmed during intake.
What if telehealth isn’t right for my situation?
Then the clinician says so plainly and points you toward appropriate in-person care. Telehealth is not emergency care. For emergencies, call 911.
