Care & clinicians

Who reviews your intake and how treatment decisions are made.

Who reviews my intake?

A licensed US clinician — licensed in your state — reviews every intake. Prescriptions are issued only when an independent licensed clinician determines treatment is medically appropriate for you.

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. The clinician may recommend treatment, request more information, suggest a different plan, or advise in-person care — whatever your situation actually calls for.

What if I have questions after my plan starts?

You can message the care team through your secure patient portal, and follow-up reviews are built into ongoing treatment.

What can’t telehealth handle?

Emergencies, and symptoms that need physical examination or urgent workup — for example chest pain, heavy uncontrolled bleeding, or sudden neurological symptoms. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Your clinician will tell you plainly if something needs in-person care.

Can Parée replace my regular primary-care clinician?

No — Parée complements primary care rather than replacing it. Keep up your routine preventive care (screenings, checkups), and share your treatment plan with your other providers.
