You complete a free intake first. A licensed clinician reviews your history. If treatment is medically appropriate and you choose to start, you see the plan and cost before you pay.

Is insurance accepted?

No — Parée is a flat cash-pay service. You will not submit an insurance claim through us. Some people use HSA/FSA funds; check your plan administrator.

How does billing work?

Parée Care membership is $99 per 4 weeks, billed as $297.00 every 12 weeks, as of August 2026. That single charge covers the membership cycle shown at checkout — clinician review, messaging, medication when prescribed, and shipping for the plan you start.

What does the membership price cover?

The membership is a single price for the subscription purchased. It may include clinician consultations and reviews, medications fulfilled through pharmacy partners, care support, and related services on which we collect payment. Exact inclusions for your plan are shown at checkout.
