If treatment is appropriate, pharmacy fulfillment, order confirmation, shipping, and follow-up reminders can be synced into the patient portal through OpenLoop and Healthie events.

Telehealth is not emergency care. Patients with urgent symptoms should call 911 or seek local emergency care.
